Online Safety

"The school has well-planned programmes to educate pupils about safety. Internet safety is given a high priority from Reception Year, where children learn never to give their names while online, to Year 6, where pupils recently created and delivered an on-screen quiz focusing on various ways of staying safe online." Ofsted 2013

We take online safety very seriously in school.  If you need any advice please view our online safety blog which you can find on the dropdown menu on the black bar at the top of our website.

We are now an eCadet school.  Each Junior class has two pupils who have become eCadets.  Their role is to help the class teacher to teach the children how to be safe online and how to be good digital citizens.  Shortly we will be recruiting 2 mini eCadets in the Infant classes to join the team.  If you wish to see more about this scheme, check out the website

You will notice that we have a button on our website which is a direct link to CEOP (The Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre).  This button can be used to report s something online that has made you or a child or young person you know, feel worried or unsafe.

This link will take you to the ThinkUKKnow website should you need any further advice on how to protect your children.

We hope that you find what you need on our here.  If not, please feel free to let us know what you would like more information about.
